Mission Statement

The Dupuy Institute leverages military history utilizing quantitative historical analysis methods, including unique combat databases and validated combat models, to examine patterns and trends in combat, conduct predictive analysis, and examine issues related to U.S. national security and the larger issues of war and peace.

Four principles characterize the mission of The Dupuy Institute:
