Ordering Information

The price of the books available for sale are listed beside each book. Some of the books in stock have been damaged and these copies are available for a discount. Please contact Chris Lawrence at TDI to confirm the condition and cost of damaged copies of books.

We do have scanned copies of the reports (as PDF files) that can be emailed to you. The cost of each scanned report is $40. There is no handling charge. Please contact Chris Lawrence at TDI to order the report and arrange payment (check or PayPal). The report can then be emailed to you.

Report can also be copied and sent to you. The copying cost for reports is $5.00 and $0.24 per page (as of 1 April 2015). The page length of each report is listed beside each report. The cost of a report is therefore $5.00 + $0.24 x (# of pages).

Please list the full line description for each item being ordered (including the complete title, author when available, date, price/number of pages).

Shipping and handling is $5.95 for the first mailed book or report, and $1.50 for each item thereafter.

Alternatively, we accept payments through PayPal. To make payments through PayPal, please follow this procedure:

1) Calculate the total cost of your order.

  • a) Cost of books is as posted
  • b) Copy of emailed reports is $40 each, with no shipping and handling charges.
  • c) Copying cost for mailed reports is $5.00 and $0.24 per page.
  • d) Shipping and handling is $5.95 for the first mailed book or report, and $1.50 for each item thereafter.

2) Email TDI at LawrenceTDI@aol.com with the list of book(s) and/or report(s) you want to purchase. Include the full line description for each item being ordered (including the complete title, author when available, date, price/number of pages). Please state what you calculate to be the total cost of your order and that you have paid through PayPal.

3) Make your payment for the order by clicking below. The PayPal email address is SRichTDI@aol.com

 

A confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you and the payment will be processed. If there are any problems with processing your order, we will inform you at this time.
